Power-train Systems
AC generator
This generator for two-wheeled vehicles makes use of a permanent magnet. This recharges the battery with electricity generated by an AC generator, and the signals sent to the ECU from the peripheral protrusions and sensors contribute to optimal control of the engine.
Starter generator for idle-stop
This product adds a starter function to the AC generator and is capable of charging the battery and starting the engine. It can be installed in small scooters with an idle-stop system to improve fuel efficiency.
Engine ECU
This electronically controls the fuel injection system to inject fuel into the engine with proper timing and in the optimum manner. Controlling combustion enhances the innate performance of the engine, resulting in higher output, improved fuel efficiency, and cleaner exhaust.
Engine ECU for idle-stop
This product adds a starter drive function to the engine ECU and is capable of charging the battery and starting the engine. It can be installed in small scooters with an idle-stop system to improve fuel efficiency.
Exhaust gas sensor
This sensor detects the oxygen (O2) concentration in exhaust emissions. The concentration of oxygen in exhaust emissions is used by the computer (ECU) to control the optimal engine combustion state in order to reduce exhaust emission pollution.
CDI amplifier
This electronic control device for two-wheeled vehicles properly controls engine ignition timing in accordance with the rpms of the engine. It contributes to improved fuel efficiency and cleaner exhaust emissions.
Exhaust gas sensor
This sensor detects the oxygen (O2) concentration in exhaust emissions. The concentration of oxygen in exhaust emissions is used by the computer (ECU) to control the optimal engine combustion state in order to reduce exhaust emission pollution.
PTC element applied product
This heater incorporates a ceramic element (PTC element) with the ability to self-regulate its own temperature. These heaters are installed in air-conditioning units for automobiles to quickly warm the cabin and provide a comfortable space even when the engine water temperature is low.
Crank sensor
This sensor detects the rpms of the engine and the angular position of the crankshaft. It enables the engine control ECU to optimally control ignition timing, fuel injection volume, and other operations.
EGRTS
This temperature sensor incorporates a ceramic element that indicates resistance values correlated with temperatures. The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system, which recirculates a portion of the exhaust emissions to the intake side, monitors the temperature of the recirculated exhaust emissions in order to reduce nitrogen oxides in the exhaust emissions of the vehicle.
Lamp ECU
This electronic control device turns LED headlights on and off and controls their optical axis. It greatly improves visibility when driving at night and contributes to energy conservation.
LDM
This electronic control device maintains the brightness of LED headlights at a constant level. It ensures visibility when driving at night and contributes to energy conservation.
Battery Monitoring ECU
This electronic control device monitors the voltage, current, and temperature of battery units in hybrid vehicles. It transmits the information collected through monitoring to the HV-ECU.
NOx-SCU
This electronic control device incorporates a sensor that detects toxic NOx emitted from vehicles. It contributes to preservation of the global environment by reducing NOx emissions from vehicles in compliance with strict exhaust emission regulations.
Circuit ASSY for digital EGTS Exhaust gas sensor
This electronic control device incorporates a sensor to measure the temperature of exhaust emissions from vehicles. Placing the sensor in the exhaust path from the engine contributes to reducing fuel costs.
FPC
This electronic control device controls the volume of fuel supplied to the engine, and contributes to lowering fuel costs by providing the optimal volume of fuel to the fuel pump based on signals from the engine ECU.
