Inquiries regarding our products
Neither DENSO nor Densotrim directly sell products that are already installed in vehicles at the time of purchase (OEM products) to the general public.
DENSO and Densotrim deliver various products to vehicle manufacturers in accordance with transaction agreements entered into with them. We are prohibited by the aforementioned transaction agreements from selling products or providing information directly to any parties other than the manufacturers to whom we are contracted to deliver products.
We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding specifications, quality assurance, after-sales service, or other matter relating to OEM products.
We are also unable to respond to requests for purchases. Thank you for your understanding.
For inquiries regarding OEM products, please contact either the vehicle manufacturer or the vehicle dealership concerned.
Inquiries by telephone
We encourage our employees to work from home, which makes it difficult to connect callers to the proper personnel. Accordingly, we have suspended our telephone reception service for the time being.

- As a business operator that handles personal information, Densotrim Corporation (hereinafter “the Company”) believes that protecting the personal information of everyone who provides personal information to the Company is an important responsibility.
