Winner of the Global 1st Place “Facility of the Year” Award for 2024
DENSO Trim received the Global Award for first place worldwide in the “Facility of the Year” program, which recognizes sites that have demonstrated outstanding activities in the DENSO Group’s Facility Capability Enhancement Initiatives.
This award, which has been ongoing since 2009, evaluates sites based on a scoring system that measures achievement of targets and year-on-year improvements in multiple categories, including energy conservation, stable energy supply, and safety in external construction work.
DENSO Trim’s initiatives, such as the introduction of a solar power generation system through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and efforts to maximize the use of groundwater, were particularly highly evaluated as part of its energy conservation activities.
