Densotrim Corporation was certified as a “excellent health and productivity management corporation 2024” (large-scale corporation Division) on March 11, 2024.
The Certification System for excellent health and productivity management corporation is a system to honor corporations, such as large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, that implement particularly excellent health management based on initiatives that address local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council.
This is the fifth year in a row that our company has been certified.
We believe that the following initiatives were recognized in this certification.

In fiscal 23, we worked to raise awareness of overall health management within the company, focusing on strengthening support for returning to work and implementing in-house gynecological cancer screening.
Specific example １ Return to work after a long absence and balance work with treatment
We institutionalized the use of external rework as part of our support for returning to work. The introduction of rework has resulted in many of the following benefits and has improved our awareness and anxiety about returning to work compared to before.

・Learning how to cope with stress
・Interaction with people who are also on leave of absence
Specific example ２ Responding to women-specific health-related issues and maintaining and promoting women’s health
Gynecologic cancer screening, which used to be carried out on holidays, was carried out at the same time as the regular in-house medical examination, and the rate of medical examination was improved from 30% to 90% for breast cancer and from 20% to 60% for cervical cancer. By having all the employees around them carry out gynecological checkups, they feel less special and more receptive to medical examinations. This, together with the distribution of leaflets for self-examination, seems to have led to awareness of early detection of cancer.
We will continue to support our employees and their families to maintain good physical and mental health so that they can live up to our name as a company with excellent health.
