Densotrim Corporation was certified as a “excellent health and productivity management corporation 2023” (large-scale corporation Division) on March 8, 2023.
The Certification System for excellent health and productivity management corporation is a system to honor corporations, such as large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, that implement particularly excellent health management based on initiatives that address local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council.
This is the fourth year in a row that our company has been certified.
We believe that the following initiatives were recognized in this certification.

We worked to foster a healthy culture by broadcasting the health management message by our president and providing health management education to all employees.
Specific example １ Lifestyle improvements
We work to improve our lifestyle with goals set for the entire Denso Group.
Through internal signage and posters, employees were invited to participate in seminars and disseminate information on lifestyle improvement in items such as breakfast consumption rate, sleep and smoking.
Specific example ２ Increase rate of implementation of specified health guidance
The implementation of specific health guidance during working hours and the increase in the number of choices of places to visit have enabled us to respond to the individual needs of those who receive health guidance.
Through these efforts, we have been able to increase the implementation rate of specified health guidance.
We will continue to support our employees and their families to maintain good physical and mental health so that they can live up to our name as a company with excellent health.
