held the 2026 New Employee Induction Ceremony
On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, we held the 2026 new employee induction ceremony at our head office plant. This year, we welcomed 21 new employees. Following an encouraging address from President Yamashita, the new employees delivered their pledge, reaffirming their determination as they take their first step as working professionals. Going forward, they will learn fundamental knowledge and safety awareness through in-house training and continue to grow toward active roles in their respective departments.
