{"id":389,"date":"2024-03-12T09:51:37","date_gmt":"2024-03-12T00:51:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.densotrim.co.jp\/en\/?p=389"},"modified":"2025-03-17T16:35:38","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T07:35:38","slug":"we-have-been-recognized-as-a-excellent-health-and-productivity-management-corporation-2024-large-scale-corporation-division-for-5-consecutive-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.densotrim.co.jp\/en\/news\/we-have-been-recognized-as-a-excellent-health-and-productivity-management-corporation-2024-large-scale-corporation-division-for-5-consecutive-years.php","title":{"rendered":"We have been recognized as a \u201cExcellent Health Management Corporation 2024\u201d (large-scale corporation Division) for 5 consecutive years."},"content":{"rendered":"Densotrim Corporation was certified as a \u201cExcellent Health Management Corporation 2024\u201d (large-scale corporation Division) on March 11, 2024.\r\n\r\nThe Certification System for excellent health and productivity management corporation is a system to honor corporations, such as large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, that implement particularly excellent health management based on initiatives that address local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council.\r\nThis is the fifth year in a row that our company has been certified.\r\nWe believe that the following initiatives were recognized in this certification.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n\u3010Details of Initiatives\u3011\r\nIn fiscal 23, we worked to raise awareness of overall health management within the company, focusing on strengthening support for returning to work and implementing in-house gynecological cancer screening.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<font color =\"#DC0032\">Specific example \uff11\u3000Return to work after a long absence and balance work with treatment<\/font>\r\nWe institutionalized the use of external rework as part of our support for returning to work. The introduction of rework has resulted in many of the following benefits and has improved our awareness and anxiety about returning to work compared to before.\r\n\u30fbReview of reasons for long absence\r\n\u30fbLearning how to cope with stress\r\n\u30fbInteraction with people who are also on leave of absence\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<font color =\"#DC0032\">Specific example \uff12\u3000Responding to women-specific health-related issues and maintaining and promoting women&#8217;s health<\/font>\r\nGynecologic cancer screening, which used to be carried out on holidays, was carried out at the same time as the regular in-house medical examination, and the rate of medical examination was improved from 30% to 90% for breast cancer and from 20% to 60% for cervical cancer. By having all the employees around them carry out gynecological checkups, they feel less special and more receptive to medical examinations.
