We are prohibited by the aforementioned transaction agreements from selling products or providing information directly to any parties other than the manufacturers to whom we are contracted to deliver products.<br>\r\n\t\t\tWe are unable to respond to inquiries regarding specifications, quality assurance, after-sales service, or other matter relating to OEM products.<br>\r\n\t\t\tWe are also unable to respond to requests for purchases. Thank you for your understanding.<br>\r\n\t\t\tFor inquiries regarding OEM products, please contact either the vehicle manufacturer or the vehicle dealership concerned.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<h4>Inquiries by telephone<\/h4>\r\n\t\t\t<p>We encourage our employees to work from home, which makes it difficult to connect callers to the proper personnel.
